ESCOOTER : RE OFFICE : ECO SYSTEM Share

On the success of VidhYug 2.0, RE office NITK Surathkal has requested the Director of the Institute for 4 more e-scooters. Director has approved the request and has asked CSD to design, develop and furnish the e-scooters for RE office at the earliest.  Additional e-scooters are requested to be used by the following personnel:

1. Electrical engineers to conduct site visits, supervise the ongoing works, attend & solve an emergency or even non- priority-based complaints around the campus.

2. Civil engineers visit the building construction sites, supervise the ongoing civil works, attend & resolve civil works-related issues.

3. Powerhouse technicians to monitor various power house related  works, attend emergency issues, switching ON & OFFstreet lights on the campus.

4. Pump Operators operate the pump at appropriate hours, perform gate valuation works, monitor overhead tanks, sump tanks, open wells & borewells.
